I'm the coach behind Happy Little Habits and a mom of two littles (aka a professional snack getter) who has spent the past 10+ years of mom-life delving deep into the world of health, habits, nutrition, fitness, and all things feel-good related to get my health and body back on track and help other women like me do the same.

As a certified Nutrition Coach and UCSB psych grad, I'm obsessed with showing other mamas that getting healthy doesn't have to mean following strict diets and all-or-nothing workout routines, and it definitely doesn't have to feel hard or overwhelming or complicated. It can be simple, doable, balanced, and realistic, which is exactly what you need when you're a busy mom on the go doing it all.

Here we focus on whole body health, strength, energy, and self-care by making small positive changes to your mindset, nutrition, and habits each and every day. I can help you clarify your goals and design customized habits that, along with a little accountability, finally get you there for good.

The first 4 weeks will be spent rewiring you thinking around food, dieting, and your body, getting crystal clear on your big picture vision, and starting to make small changes to your habits based on mindful eating principles and nutritional strategies for reaching your goals.

WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?

1:1 clients can start anytime provided there is an opening. The next group program starts in June 2022 and waitlist gets first dibs!! Join the waitlist here :)

WHAT'S THE COST TO PARTICIPATE?

The group program starts at $595 for 12-weeks and 1:1 coaching starts at $900/mo. Flexible payment plans are available with any program though, so let's talk about how we can make either work for you!

IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?

Due to the digital nature of the program, we do not offer any refunds once the program has started. Cancelations  before we've started are eligible for a 50% refund on the full cost of the program.

HOW LONG IS THE COACHING PROGRAM AND WHAT'S INCLUDED?

This program is 12 weeks long and includes weekly coaching calls with replay, bonus resources and workbooks, regular Q+A and feedback from your coach, a private 1:1 or group Slack, office hours for extra  support between calls, and optional group social events to keep it fun!

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES SUCH DIABETES, INJURY, OR AN EATING DISORDER?

This program is to educate and coach people that are generally regarded as healthy and does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship or substitute for eating disorder treatments. Please get clearance from your doctor to participate.

WILL I GET A MEAL PLAN AND/OR AN EXERCISE PLAN?

I do not provide personal meal plans or workout instructions as that is outside the scope of my practice... but let's be honest, how often do you really stick to those? This program is about creating change from within and that includes putting in the work to figure out what works for you.

HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE?

While many women lose weight when they learn to eat mindfully and improve their overall health habits, this is not a weight loss program. My goal is to help you lead a balanced healthy lifestyle, maintain a comfortable weight, and build habits that you can stick with so you can feel good inside + out for the rest of your life.
